These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bazaarbraker.com website, mobile applications, and related services (the "Platform") operated by Rycoon Financial Services Limited ("Rycoon", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About BazaarBraker
BazaarBraker is a loan marketplace and aggregator. We are not a bank, NBFC, or lender. We do not originate, sanction, disburse, or service loans. All loans presented on our Platform are products of our partner banks and non-banking financial companies, who are regulated by the Reserve Bank of India.
2. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age, a resident of India, and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
3. Account registration and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when using the Platform. Submitting false or misleading information may result in your application being rejected, your account being suspended, and may constitute an offence under applicable law.
5. Our role and responsibilities
BazaarBraker acts as an intermediary between borrowers and partner lenders. Our responsibilities include:
- Presenting loan offers from partner lenders based on your profile
- Facilitating the application process
- Assisting with documentation and queries
We do not guarantee loan approval or specific terms — those are at the sole discretion of the lender.
6. Lender relationship
When you choose a lender, your loan agreement is between you and that lender. We are not a party to the loan agreement. Disputes regarding interest rates, EMIs, foreclosure charges, or any aspect of the loan must be addressed with the lender directly, though we will assist where possible.
7. Fees
We do not charge any fee to you for using the Platform. Our revenue comes from referral fees paid by partner lenders on successful loan disbursals. The lender may charge processing fees, GST, and other charges as disclosed in their loan agreement.
8. Permitted use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You will not:
- Submit false, fraudulent, or impersonated information
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without permission
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, and the "BazaarBraker" name and logo — is owned by Rycoon or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rycoon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed ₹10,000.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rycoon, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
