We are a loan marketplace registered in India. We are not a bank or non-banking financial company. We facilitate loan applications between you and our partner lenders, who are regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
We collect personal and financial information to match you to suitable lenders. We share that information only with the lender(s) you choose to apply to. We never sell your data to third-party telemarketers, insurance agents, or unrelated companies. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Identity information: name, date of birth, gender, PAN, Aadhaar (where required for KYC by a chosen lender), passport (for select cases).
- Contact information: mobile number, email address, residential and office address.
- Financial information: income, employment, bank account details (for disbursal), existing loan and EMI obligations.
- Credit information: CIBIL/Experian/Equifax/CRIF score and report, fetched via authorised credit bureaus with your consent.
- Property and asset information: when relevant to a specific loan (e.g., home loan, loan against property, auto loan).
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent, and other anonymised analytics.
2. How we use your information
- To match you with suitable lenders based on your profile and eligibility
- To run a soft credit check (which does not affect your credit score)
- To share your application with the specific lender(s) you choose
- To communicate with you about your application, our services, and (with your consent) relevant product updates
- To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful requests from authorities
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents
3. Who we share your information with
Your information is shared only in the following circumstances:
- With partner lenders: only the specific lender(s) you choose to apply to. We do not share your data across our entire lender network.
- With credit bureaus: to fetch your credit report, with your explicit consent.
- With service providers: who help us operate the Platform (e.g., cloud hosting, KYC verification, SMS/email gateways) under strict confidentiality and data-protection agreements.
- With regulators and authorities: when required by law or in response to a valid legal request.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing or any other purpose.
4. Data security
We protect your information using industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption in transit, encryption at rest, access controls on a need-to-know basis, and regular security audits. While no system is perfectly secure, we apply commercially reasonable safeguards aligned with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
