1. Marketplace nature
BazaarBraker is an online aggregator and information platform. We do not provide loans, banking services, or any other regulated financial product directly. Our role is limited to:
- Displaying loan products and indicative terms from our partner lenders
- Helping you assess your eligibility based on the criteria set by each lender
- Facilitating the application process by transmitting your information to lender(s) of your choice
- Providing customer support and assistance through the application lifecycle
2. Indicative rates and terms
All interest rates, processing fees, tenures, and other terms displayed on the Platform are indicative only and based on information provided by our partner lenders at the time of publication. Actual rates and terms offered to you depend on your specific profile and are at the sole discretion of the lender. Rates change frequently and may not always be up-to-date on the Platform.
3. No guarantee of approval
The display of a loan offer on the Platform does not constitute a guarantee that you will be approved for the loan. Final approval and loan disbursal are entirely at the discretion of the partner lender, based on their credit policies, internal scoring models, and applicable regulations.

Calculators and other tools provided on the Platform produce estimates based on the inputs you provide. 7. No relationship with the lender
BazaarBraker is not an agent, employee, or representative of any partner lender. We do not have the authority to make commitments on behalf of any lender, accept loan applications on their behalf, or disburse funds. Any loan agreement you enter into is solely between you and the lender.

"BazaarBraker" and the BazaarBraker logo are trademarks of Rycoon Financial Services Limited. Other trademarks, logos, and brand names mentioned on the Platform (including those of our partner lenders) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
